Post his bachelor’s from IHM Pusa, Delhi (Catering & Nutrition), it’s Ashwin Rana who explored in F&B industry (especially Bar) & worked in various hotels like The Oberoi, Hyatt Regency & Imperial Hotel as a Manager. He envisioned a brand that would define Professional Bartending as the best in cocktail services with the highest standard of service.
